Our Shopping Cart: Bitz of Glitz uses a shopping cart to make shopping easy and convenient. Just click the "buy now" box below each item to purchase your favorites. You will be easily directed through the entire process. An invoice is provided at the last page including the invoice number and tracking information. Please print this invoice as your record of your purchase. You may view the cart contents at anytime by clicking the top button on the left navigation chart.

Payment: We accept credit cards by telephone, Checks and Money Orders. Sorry, NO COD's. Orders are held until personal checks clear our banking facility. Checks returned due to NSF are subject to a $25.00 charge. Unpaid checks will be submitted for collection at the expense of the customer.


Sales Tax: State law requires a 6% sales tax to be assessed to all orders shipped within Florida.


Shipping your order: We ship all parcels via USPS Priority Mail within 2-3 days of receiving payment. A 5.30 shipping charge is added to your order which provides shipping/ insurance for up to $100.00. All orders over $150.00 are shipped free.  We are happy to ship first class to save shipping costs for single item orders. Please email for a shipping quote.

International Orders:  Please email prior to ordering for Global Priority shipping fee quotes.  We are happy to ship Internationally but note that We do not falsify information of custom forms , so please do not ask. 

Products out of stock:  These are normally restocked within a short time, however; if your item is out of stock, you will be notified at confirmation with an estimated time for delivery. We are happy to credit or promptly refund all monies submitted for out of stock items.

Packing your order: We take every precaution to pack our items to arrive safely. If damage should occur, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to file a claim with the USPS for damage or replacement of that item. We are happy to assist with invoices or paperwork needed for a speedy claim. Please retain all packing materials for inspection by the post office in your area. Please note that all sales are final.

Returning an item: In the event a special circumstance is granted for return. All fees from credit cards etc will be deducted from all refunds. Bitz of Glitz is not responsible for the return postage of any order.
